The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Garden Bar , Suite 401, 402, Poonam Plaza, Marketyard, Pune 411037.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the services provided for purchase on Website or the App.
- Website refers to Garden Bar Website, accessible from www.gardenbar.in
- App refers to Garden Bar App, accessible from iOS or the Google Play Store
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order prior to 12 hours of delivery without giving any reason or explanation for the cancellation
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 12 hours from the date of 1st delivery (Delivery Slot on the specific date in consideration) of the Goods or Services or Subscription to be received.

The Order is confirmed as Cancelled only after the confirmation of the company “Garden bar” or any of its representatives.
We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which the cancellation of the order is confirmed. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
Products/Services/Subscriptions will not be available for Return except for the below:
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods that contain allergens which are instructed by you to avoid
- The supply of Goods which have deteriorated rapidly and are unfit for consumption
- The supply of Goods which have been damaged during the delivery of the goods
The entire Order/Service/Subscription cannot be cancelled but can be replaced by any other s Order/Service/Subscription available on the website or the app with the fulfilment of the difference in amount of the replaced Order/Service/Subscription. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
